Sometimes you drive me crazy but I love you anyway. Lol @devindontgo #yingtomyyang
I know I raved about the Korres mascara (only available at Sephora $20) and the Revlon Lash Potion (still my drugstore fav next to maybelline’s mega plush) but…hold the phone! I am in love and will continue to buy Tarte’s Gifted mascara. I should know by now Tarte produces great products. But I am in love with the Gifted mascara! Even without mascara primer, it brings out the length and volume of your lashes. I do at least 2-3 coats. But my goodness, it lasts all day and does not budge! It retails at $19 and is available at Sephora and Ulta. The packaging is cute, with the wooden theme. I purchased the mascara because i bought a mini starter kit that was available online at the sephora site for $10. It had the pore less primer, gifted mascara and the illuminating bb cream! I would like to purchase the illuminating bb cream as well. I mixed that in with my foundation daily. That is available at ulta or online at the sephora site (for my area). I give the gifted mascara two thumbs up! =D Love it!
Drugstore Mini haul.
So lately I have been on this Revlon brand hype. And I must say it is exciting! I have been curious of their lipsticks for quite some time. So I thought why not give it a go? When you think suede you think smooth right? And also the product looks opaque. NOPE! I was very disappointed with this lip product! It is smooth when you first apply, but then I noticed it dried and settled into the creases of my lips. No bueno! I purchased the lipstick at target for $7 versus buying it elsewhere for $10. The color is very sheer! So for someone who likes sheer lipsticks and somewhat “matte” then I guess buy it. But I was a disappointed pony!!! *sad face* I give this lipstick two thumbs down.
So, everyone has been on this big hype on MAC’s PRO-Longwear concealer. I always thought “wow big whoop”…well I got tired of hearing of it and ordered one in NW20. Now first and foremost I like makeup brands from drugstore to high end. I am use to using NYX’s HD concealer or Revlon’s Age Defying concealer. But no matter what I would do I always had creases under my eyes. Well finally biting the bullet I purchased the pro-longwear and was impressed! NO CREASES!!! So re-purchase? You bet! So you do get what you pay for. My rating is two thumbs up!
